Application forms for Gr R and Gr 2-7 for 2023 are available on our website. Please note that Gr 1 applications must be completed online on the GDE website.
Please ensure you download and print the application form as well as the information letter. There are two information letters uploaded, one for Gr R and the other for Gr 2-7, please ensure that you download the applicable information letter. The information letter clearly explains which documents you need to attach to the application form when you return it to the school, please make sure that you attach ALL the required documentation as incomplete applications will NOT be accepted.
Once you have completed the application form with your personal details as well as your child’s details and have attached the necessary documentation, you must personally submit the forms to Mrs Kruger in the front office during school hours.
